We are starting a new segment so that you can get to know our preferred vendors a little more! We love our group of preferred vendors; the list may not be long, this is only because we value our preferred vendors so highly.

Our vendors work well at Creekside because they already know the space, where the best lighting is, how to get from one space to another and they know all of our coordinators! We are so happy to start this segment so that you can get to know these AMAZING vendors.

How long have you been doing photography / videography OR been in the industry?

I was really young for my first wedding. It was when I was in high school about 13 years ago!

How far in advance do you generally like couples to book with you?

Couples typically book 6 months to a year in advance. There are some couples who book out a little further than that!

How many different packages do you offer and what is included?

I offer 3 different packages. The most popular is the top one because it comes with an engagement photo session and the most time coverage.

Do you offer a second shooter with any of your packages?

The top package has a second shooter included. I recommend having a second shooter if you have over 150 guests. If the couple is worried about getting photos of both the bride and groom’s reactions when coming down the aisle, that is something that I can capture on my own! First, I capture the groom’s reaction of the bride coming down the aisle, then I can shift to the bride’s reaction quickly.

How would you describe your working style? More posed or candid shots?

The photos that I capture are more candid, but I pose the couple first. I definitely have a bit of both but I love the unposed photos and lean towards those for my clients.

How would you describe your photography / videography style?

I would say Bright & Natural

How do you like the schedule of a wedding day? Would you recommend couples have a planner?

I love to be a part of the timeline-making process. It is really a “both, and” situation. I think that planners are great to work with and I also love to be involved to make sure I capture the whole day!

How soon can couples typically expect to have the photos / video back?

I like to get couples’ photos to them about 2 weeks after their wedding! However, it is in my contract that they will receive them no later than a month after their wedding date.

Is there anything you would like to tell your prospective brides and grooms?

It is 100% your day, I am there to capture that and not to control that or make it mine. I am excited to capture the day that you planned and what is so special to you!
