Yes, you can schedule a tour by clicking HERE. Please email us if a date and time isn't on our calendar but you'd like to come see our space.
It depends on which location you choose to host your ceremony and reception, but we can seat up to 300 at certain locations at Creekside Event Center.
For the All-Inclusive & the Basic Wedding package, you receive 10 hours of exclusive access of the facility and grounds.
For our All-Inclusive package, the deposit is 25%. For our Basic packages, the deposit is 50%.
Once the contract is signed, you can cancel. You’ll be forfeiting any payments made up until that point. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable We do allow special circumstances for military couples.
We do not allow outside alcohol. All alcohol will be provided by Creekside Event Center, LLC.
We offer farm tables that seat up to twelve for all of our reception spaces. No tablecloth needed! We provide crossback, farmhouse-style chairs for our receptions. We can also provide round tables and linens for couples at no additional cost, or a mix of round tables and farm tables. For all of our outdoor ceremonies we provide elegant, folding oak chairs. For business events, we have round tables and padded conference chairs available.
For our Basic Packages, you can bring in any outside vendor (other than DJ/MC services and catering) that is licensed & insured. We do have a list of affordable, required catering companies that you must choose from. All of our DJ/MC services are provided by All Star DJs. They are the only company that is allowed access to our state of the art lighting and sound system.
Yes, so long as the candle is contained in glass and the flame is 1” below the top of the container. We do not allow sparklers or fireworks.
Yes! Colorado weather can sometimes be unpredictable. We have backup plans for each of our event locations.
You will get to choose to utilize our farmhouse spaces (Loft, Foyer, and Grand Hall), our Gazebo area, or our Courtyard Space with our clear top tent.
We do not require a wedding planner or coordinator, although we highly recommend having one if you book the Basic package. We do not provide any planning services in the Wedding Rental package.
It was an honor and dream come true to have our July 4th wedding at Creekside. From the early planning stages to the day of the wedding, we felt the love and support from the team at Creekside. Katie was our day of coordinator and main contact throughout the wedding planning process and she did absolutely amazing executing our vision for our wedding. Everything truly came to life even better than we ever dreamed it to be. We had so many guests complement how beautiful the venue was and how well everything flowed together. If we had to do our wedding day over, there is not a single thing we would change-- a huge part of this is thanks to Creekside!
We had the most amazing 2 day celebration for our wedding at Creekside! The decor at the facility is so beautiful that we only needed minimal decorations brought from outside, which was a big time and money saver! Katie worked with us and was so flexible throughout the entire process. Dancing was a huge part of our event, and I would easily say that Creekside has the best dance floor and lighting system of any I've seen in town! We cannot wait to receive our pictures from the photographer because Creekside and its grounds are stunning backdrops. We hope we get to attend many more events in this special place!
I can not praise Creekside enough for our wedding on August 9th. We chose the all inclusive package, not only for the affordability, amazing vendor options but also to have Katie be our day of coordinator. BEST DECISION WE MADE. From our first tour of Creekside all the way to the last minute of our reception Katie and the entire staff made us feel like we were the only wedding for the next year, always responding promptly, being understanding and going above and beyond to make our day truly special for us. Every vendor we worked with was so professional and five star! Our guests were amazed at how beautiful the venue was, how smooth and amazing our wedding went and I 100% can thank Katie and Creekside for our day. Creekside did not skip on any detail of how a wedding venue should be.

There arent enough good things I can say about Creekside. From our very first appointment all the way up to our special day, creekside went above and beyond for my husband and I. My wedding was absolutely magical from start to finish. Because of creekside and my amazing coordinator, I did not have to stress about any small details. They handled almost everything with ease and grace. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because they made sure my husband and I were happy all evening long. I reccomend creekside to any couples looking to get married! You will not be disappointed!
If you're looking for an amazing venue with great staff, great decor and people that genuinely care about you and your wedding day, visit Creekside. You won't regret it. We held two very different ceremonies on consecutive days at Creekside- both had different decor, vendors, style, etc. - and the staff handled all of it with grace and professionalism. Their preferred vendors for food, cake, decor and DJ were all on point and did a wonderful job. The Creekside team communicates and communicates some more to make sure every little detail is executed flawlessly.
